Job will include: • Provide support to HR Business Partners in daily admin tasks and ER matters • Responding to employee relation questions and concerns in a timely manner • Working with HR team members to write/deliver performance improvement plans, corrective action plans, etc. • Working with managers to resolve/discuss ER issues • Conduct investigations/interviews with colleagues when necessary
