Overview The role is responsible for the delivery of MUFG Pension & Market Services' HR / people reporting metrics. The role is to provide support to HR and the broader business on HR metrics, analytics and insights to better understand existing HR issues. It is also expected that the role will contribute to the continuous improvement of MUFG Pension & Market Services' reporting, processes, and systems. The role will form part of the global HR Systems team and collaboratively contribute to the efficient provision of HR systems reporting and analytics for the Group.
