Job Description
1. HR Process Mapping & Optimization
Lead the end‑to‑end mapping of existing HR processes across the employee lifecycle (recruitment, onboarding, performance, HRIS workflows, offboarding, etc.).
Identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and opportunities for simplification or automation.
Develop standardized, documented, and user‑friendly process maps and SOPs.
2. Project Management
Build and maintain a clear project plan, deliverables, timeline, and risk log.
Ensure structured, methodical tracking of milestones and progress.
Prepare and deliver regular project updates to HR leadership or project sponsors.
