We are looking for an experienced HR Programme Manager to lead a series of strategic initiatives focused on equity programme design, sales incentive harmonisation, job architecture, and organisation design, while also preparing the company for upcoming European and UK Pay Transparency regulations.
This role will partner with HR, Finance, and Commercial leadership to build a future-ready, scalable, and compliant people framework that supports business transformation and growth.
Salary: Circa EUR 110,000 or £80,000 per annum on a pro rated basis
