The purpose of the HR Practitioner is to manage the overall day to day operations of the Human Resources department on behalf of the client and direct and co-ordinate all Human resource activities.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Recruitment and Talent Management
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes and ensure timely filling of vacant positions.
- Conduct effective candidate screening in line with Employment Equity policies.
- Oversee employment contracts, job descriptions, and staff induction programs.
- Compile and analyse staff turnover reports
Industrial Relations & Compliance
- Provide expert guidance on IR issues and legislative compliance
- Manage internal and external disciplinary processes
- Represent our client at CCMA conciliations and arbitrations
