As HR People Partner for Supply Chain, you will be a trusted partner to leaders across the supply chain at our Danfoss Drives Vaasa factory, working closely with operations where people's decisions matter every day. You help create the conditions for strong performance, high engagement, and employee wellbeing in a technology driven production environment.
You will be part of a site with around 700 employees across all functions, within a Finnish organization of approximately 1,000 employees. As a member of the Vaasa factory operations steering group, you ensure that people perspectives are embedded in key operational and business decisions.
By combining hands‑on HR partnership with a pragmatic, people focussed approach, you ensure that HR practices are fair, compliant, and supportive for both leaders and employees turning business needs into practical people solutions.
