Key Responsibilities
- Manage recruitment, onboarding, and employee documentation processes.
- Handle payroll processing, salary administration, and attendance management.
- Maintain employee records, contracts, and HR databases.
- Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and company policies.
- Coordinate staff leave, benefits, and performance management processes.
- Address employee concerns and maintain positive workplace relations.
- Prepare HR and payroll reports for management.
- Support training, development, and employee engagement activities.
