Purpose of the Job
- Provide HR and Payroll transactional support globally – with a focus on Europe, Asia Pacific, possibly US and Africa.
- Maintain statutory compliance for India.
- Hands on experience on ERP System – SuccessFactors preferred.
- Maintain Organization & HR Data and systems’ new changes/deployment.
- Responsible for HR operational support to India, including payroll delivery.
- Coordinate Payroll for smaller sized countries with the external payroll provider.
- Escalate/refer cases to team leader as appropriate and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
