Oversee the accurate implementation of statutory (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, BIR) and company-initiated benefits, including HMO, life insurance, and our unique Perfect Employee Reward system.
Maintain the integrity and confidentiality of HRIS data and physical employee records, ensuring full compliance with data privacy laws.
Supervise the end-to-end offboarding process, address employee welfare concerns, and provide coaching to Talent Welfare Associates.
Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to streamline HR service requests and enhance the overall employee experience.
Support or lead cross-functional initiatives such as wellness campaigns, outreach programs, and HR technology rollouts.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
