We are seeking an HR Operations Specialist to drive the rollout of performance management policies, enablement programs, and employee engagement initiatives. This role will design and operationalize HR processes, partner with People teams to deliver training and communications, and manage the annual engagement survey cycle from design to leadership-ready insights.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive the creation, documentation, and rollout of performance management policies and processes. This includes preparing manager toolkits, FAQs, playbooks, and implementation resources.
- Collaborate with People teams to build and deliver training initiatives, stakeholder reviews, and communication plans for managers and employees.
- Oversee the annual survey process, from design and administration to monitoring responses, analyzing results, and producing leadership-ready insights.
