Responsibilities
Reporting to the APAC Head of People, you will deliver high-quality HR operations support across the region, underpinning the firm's continued expansion in the region. You will manage end-to-end employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding and offboarding, recruitment coordination, learning operations, Workday data management, and employment visa applications.
You will partner closely with business leaders and HR colleagues across multiple offices to ensure efficient, consistent and high-touch delivery of HR services. You will also support the implementation of HR initiatives, while upholding strong standards of accuracy, compliance and service excellence.
