            Responsibilities  Support HR Business Partners in manpower planning and workforce initiatives across the organisation 
Work closely with division leaders to understand hiring needs and provide practical HR support and solutions 
Coordinate end-to-end recruitment activities including talent sourcing, interview arrangements, candidate engagement, onboarding, and ensuring a positive candidate experience 
Handle day-to-day employee queries and provide timely HR support on staff matters 
Assist in the development and implementation of HR strategies, policies, and initiatives aligned with organisational goals 
Support HR projects, process reviews, and administrative duties as assigned 
Liaise and build strong working relationships with internal stakeholders and external parties
