Key Responsibilities
Implementing and coordinating overarching projects and initiatives across EMEA HR Operations at country and/or regional level including defining, maintaining and continuously enhancing standard processes.
Global project involvement to represent EMEA specific insights and perspectives.
Ensuring effective knowledge and best practice sharing across the service delivery organization.
Vendor Management contact for EMEA, managing relationships with external strategic providers on either governance or service delivery level.
Collaborating closely with internal Global Vendor Management team on escalations, new demands and/or change requests.
Partnering with Global HR Operations team and fostering collaboration with all key stakeholders.
