• 34 years of HR experience with leadership role.
• Proven hands-on HR experience within the UAE is mandatory.
• Strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law HR policies and employee relations.
• Experience managing contracts HR documentation and compliance frameworks.
• Real estate industry experience is preferred.
• Confident structured and able to work independently.
