Job Responsibilities
Attend on-site workplace incidents and conduct initial fact-finding and documentation.
Manage the full disciplinary process, including investigations, Show Cause Letters, inquiries, and case documentation.
Handle workplace injury (WICA) cases and liaise with MOM, insurers, and relevant stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with the Employment Act, MOM regulations, and Work Pass requirements.
Advise site managers on employment matters, disciplinary actions, and regulatory compliance.
Liaise with clients during incidents and provide timely updates and resolutions.
Prepare incident reports, maintain case records, and recommend process improvements.
Support MOM audits, inspections, and other compliance-related matters.
Monitor incident trends and ensure timely closure of all cases.
Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
