    • Employee data updates (e.g. role changes, personal details, work location)
  • Ensure accuracy and integrity of HR data in systems
  • Handle and resolve HR service requests and cases efficiently
  • Maintain and organise employee records and documentation
  • Investigate and resolve basic HR issues, escalating when needed
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth operations
  • Support process improvements to enhance efficiency and service quality
  • Assist in HR system updates and testing
  • Support ad hoc tasks and HR projects when required
