Contract with possible contract extension or hire

Standard work hours: Mon-Fri 8:00 am- 5:00 pm

Location: Fully onsite – customer site in Holly Ridge, LA

Requirements: 

5-8 years of experience in onboarding, HR coordination, customer success, or related roles.

Design and manage end-to-end onboarding programs 

Project management skills.

Experience with Oracle or related HRIS/ onboarding platforms.

Manage multiple onboarding processes simultaneously.

Excellent skills in Organization & Time Management

Proven success in process improvement
