Facilitate end-to-end recruitment process from role planning and sourcing to interviewing and onboarding
Implementing strategies for company branding
Support all internal and external HR-related inquiries or requests
Supervise and train other HR associates
Perform other job responsibilities and duties as assigned by immediate superior
Qualifications
Preferably a Bachelor’s/College Degree holder in either Human Resources, Psychology, Behavioral Sciences, Business Management or any related courses, but not required
With at least 2 years overall experience in HR
Must possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Familiarity with Recruitment Strategies is an advantage
Keen attention to details, highly organized, and can work with minimal supervision
