Minimum Requirements: - Diploma or Degree in Human Resources Management, Industrial Relations, Labour Relations, or a related field
- Honours qualification will be advantageous
- Moderate experience attending to CCMA matters and disciplinary processes
- Sound knowledge of:
- Labour Relations Act (LRA)
- Employment Equity Act (EEA)
- Compensation for Occupational Injuries and Diseases Act (COIDA)
- Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA)
- Strong administrative and reporting skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Valid driver's licence and reliable transport
Advantageous: - Previous Industrial Relations experience
- Experience within a multi-site or operational environment
