Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s degree or HR certifications is a plus).
Minimum of 5–7 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial or leadership role.
Strong knowledge of HR functions including training and development, employee relations, performance management, and compensation & benefits.
Familiarity with organizational development frameworks such as EOS (Entrepreneurial Operating System) is an advantage.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization.
Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and process improvement skills.
