Key Responsibilities
- Talent Acquisition: Overseeing the hiring process, including recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.
- Compliance & Risk: Ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal labor laws and maintaining employee records.
- Employee Relations: Resolving grievances, fostering a positive culture, and conducting investigations.
- Compensation & Benefits: Administering payroll, health insurance plans, and benefits programs.
- Performance & Development: Developing training programs and supporting performance management procedures.
