Oversee recruitment, hiring, and onboarding processes.
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
Manage employee relations and resolve conflicts.
Administer performance management systems.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
Conduct training and development programs.
Monitor and report on HR metrics.
A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
Experience in areas such as employee relations, recruitment, performance management, training and development, compensation and benefits, and HR policies and procedures.
Experience in the canning industry is an advantage.
Willing to be assigned at Tambler, General Santos City
