Oversee the full spectrum of HR functions including recruitment, compensation & benefits, employee relations, training & development, and performance management.
Partner with department heads to support workforce planning, talent management, and succession planning.
Ensure compliance with local employment laws, and regulatory requirements (e.g. MOM, PDPA).
Drive employee engagement and well-being programs.
Manage and resolve employee grievances and disciplinary matters in a fair and timely manner.
Handle HR reporting and analytics to support business decisions.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business, or related field.
Minimum 5 years of relevant HR experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
Strong knowledge of Singapore Employment and Industrial Relations Legislation.
