Coordination of payroll process with outsourced organization;
Prepare, updating, and communication of human resource policies and procedures;
Handle of immigration and visa application process for foreign employees;
Manage employees` leaves in internal HR online system;
Keep historical human resource records of employees` data;
Manage employees` performance and labour relationship according to local labour legislation;
