SUMMARY: HR MANAGER – GREENFIELDS OPERATION
POSITION INFO: Job Purpose The HR Manager will be responsible for the full Human Resources function for a Greenfields mining operation. The role will partner with operational leadership to establish and manage all HR systems, policies, procedures, workforce planning, recruitment, employee relations, compliance, medical surveillance coordination, and site onboarding processes during project development, construction, commissioning, and operational phases. The incumbent will play a critical role in building a high-performance mining culture aligned with labour legislation, mining compliance standards, and company values.
