Responsibilities - Create and manage course items, classes, and collections on the Learning Management System (LMS)
- Maintain and update the course master list; enroll staff in classes and update learning history for completed courses
- Assist with migration of historical learning data and generate training application reports as requested
- Respond to general staff queries received through the Learning mailbox
- Provide administrative support in codifying competencies into templates and assist in logistics for in-person training sessions, including invitations, venue setup, attendance tracking, and feedback collection
Requirements - With more than 1+ year working experience
- Experience using Successfactors
