Qualifications
With more than 2 years of experience hiring IT ENGINEERS/SOFTWARE DEVELOPERS
A graduate of B.Sc. in IT, Human Resource Management, or a relevant degree.
Technical expertise with an ability to understand and explain job requirements for IT roles
Experience doing Job interview more than 200 online or face to face
Who always keep tracks of anything related to the job (E.g. The content of the interview, the number of applicants, of shortlisted, etc.)
