The Job - Support the onboarding process by preparing documents and arranging orientation sessions.
- Ensure new hires complete necessary paperwork and are introduced to company policies.
- Update and maintain staff personnel files.
- Assist in payroll preparation.
- Assist in granting consolidated documents.
- Support and recommend improvements to HR processes and practices.
- Prepare and present key metric reports for the Global HR Team and the Leadership Team.
