HR Intern (Shared Services) The HR intern will support the Shared Services team in the HR operations.
Responsibilities - Support onboarding and offboarding administrations
- Monitor and process new hire confirmation
- Administer employee benefits e.g. Flexible benefits and insurance enrollment etc
- Generate employee letters e.g. employment certification letter, visa or PR applications etc.
- Prepare and maintain employees’ personnel files
- Attend to HR related queries from employees
- Compile data for reports or surveys as and when assigned
- Participate in HR projects as and when assigned
Requirements - Undergraduate or Graduate in Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management
- Possess good communication and interpersonal skills
