About the Role:
We are looking for a proactive and motivated HR Intern to support our Human Resources team, with a primary focus on HR Business Partnering (HRBP) and Learning & Development (L&D). This internship offers hands-on exposure to HR operations, employee engagement initiatives, and talent development strategies within a dynamic corporate environment.
Key Responsibilities:
HR Business Partnering (HRBP)
• Support HRBPs in day-to-day HR operations and employee lifecycle activities
• Assist in planning and executing employee engagement initiatives and activities
• Prepare HR-related materials, reports, and internal communications
• Support onboarding and offboarding processes, including documentation and coordination
• Provide administrative support for HR projects and initiatives
