Performs work assignments under the direction of a supervisor, manager or senior-level associate.
May work on an alternating (i.e., every other semester) or temporary basis, attending school or vocational training during periods of non‑work.
Develops knowledge and skills within a non‑technical discipline (i.e., Finance, HR, Marketing, Customer Service). Typical duties may fall into an area as described below.
Finance
Assisting with basic bookkeeping or financial tracking.
Assisting with expense reporting and reimbursements.
Supporting budget development and tracking (by gathering relevant data and creating spreadsheets).
Human Resources
Assisting with recruiting activities (by scheduling interviews or posting job listings).
