Job Purpose

The HR Generalist is responsible for providing comprehensive HR support across all departments within the motor dealership, including Sales, Service, Parts, and Administration. Recruitment & Onboarding

• Coordinate end‑to‑end recruitment processes including advertising, shortlisting, interviews, and appointment documentation.
• Facilitate onboarding and induction of new employees in line with dealership standards.
