We are looking for a service‑oriented HR Generalist for the School of Arts, Design and Architecture (ARTS) at Aalto University. This permanent, full‑time position starts in September2026.

As an HR Generalist you will support academic and service staff in a wide range of human‑resource tasks, contributing to the success, enthusiasm and well‑being of the team.

Responsibilities

• Prepare employment contracts and handle fee payments
• Provide advice and address inquiries related to employment matters
• Support recruitment tasks for hourly‑based positions
• Participate in developing operations together with the school's HR team
• Manage communication tasks, including internal and stakeholder communication
