We are looking for an experienced HR Generalist cum Admin who is strong in driving recruitment activities and able to support the management in maintaining a good standard of HR and Admin functions within the organization.

What You’ll Do

Recruitment

• Executing end to end process of recruitment activities, including job description preparation, identification of suitable recruitment channels, sourcing, shortlisting of applications, coordination of interviews and issuing employment offer.

On Boarding

• Initiate system onboarding process as per company requirements, and ensure new employee’s assets are in place prior to their onboarding.
• Conduct in house induction program for new employees, keep track of employment confirmation process.
