Our client is seeking an experienced HR Generalist for a 3 month contract, based in Port Elizabeth

Responsibilities Manage employee records and ensure accurate HR documentation. Administer contracts of employment, addendums, and termination documentation. Maintain HR systems, personnel files, and reporting. Coordinate end-to-end recruitment processes. Liaise with line managers to understand staffing requirements. Conduct interviews and reference checks. Manage onboarding, induction, and probation processes. Advise managers and employees on HR policies, procedures, and labour matters. Handle disciplinary procedures, grievances, and poor performance management. Prepare documentation and represent the company in CCMA or internal hearings if required.
