INSPRY Solutions has teamed up with a large non-profit organization located in the Humboldt Park neighborhood of Chicago who is in search of an HR Generalist. Please note that this role will be fully onsite and operate Monday - Friday; 8am - 4:30pm
Job Responsibilities:
Administer employee onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure a positive employee experience
Serve as a point of contact for employee relations matters, providing guidance on policies and procedures
Maintain and update HR policies, employee handbook, and compliance documentation
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations
Support performance management processes, including reviews and employee development plans
