Manage end-to-end monthly payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and timely salary disbursement. Administer tax clearance (IR21) and ensure compliance with local statutory requirements and MOM regulations. Support annual salary reviews, bonus exercises, and compensation benchmarking activities. Oversee employee benefits administration, including medical insurance, leave management, and claims processing. Handle employee enquiries related to payroll, compensation, benefits, CPF, and tax matters. Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR and payroll records in HRIS systems.
