Job Scope
  • Perform full spectrum of payroll processing that is in compliance with Company policies and statutory requirements.
  • Submit monthly CPF payments, tax filing for employees.
  • Administer and submit NS make‑up pay claims and all government paid leave claims.
  • Maintain and update payroll records and data.
  • Prepare manpower cost reports and statistics.
  • Assist in employees’ queries on pay and benefits.
  • Support in local and overseas recruitment exercises such as recruitment in Polytechnics, ITEs, job fairs, overseas trips etc.
  • Put up and review job advertisements, shortlist applicants, arrange applicants for interview by respective Department Managers.
  • Prepare employment contracts, letters and other relevant documentation.
  • Keep track and follow‑up on recruitment progress for open positions.
