Job Summary We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive to manage onboarding, support blue-collar recruitment, coordinate training, and act as a HR Business Partner to operational teams. This role is key in ensuring smooth onboarding (including work pass administration), meeting manpower needs, and providing day-to-day HR support aligned with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities 1. Onboarding, Work Pass & Employee Setup - Manage end-to-end onboarding for new hires, including documentation, orientation, and coordination with internal stakeholders
- Prepare employment contracts, onboarding documents, and HR forms
- Handle work pass applications (Work Permit, S Pass, EP), including submission, renewal, cancellation, and compliance with MOM regulations
