            Responsibilities Recruitment & Staffing:  Managing full-cycle recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding new employees. 
Employee Relations:  Resolving conflicts, conducting investigations, and improving employee engagement. 
Payroll & Benefits:  Processing payroll, managing compensation, and administering benefits. 
Compliance & Administration:  Maintaining employee records, updating policies, and ensuring compliance with labor laws. 
Performance Management:  Assisting with employee evaluations and disciplinary actions. 
Job Requirements Min Diploma in HR, Business Administration, or a related field. 
At least 2 years of experience in HR, with knowledge of labor regulations. 
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel) and QuickHR software 
Strong interpersonal skills. 
Highly meticulous, dependable and trustworthy in handling payroll matters.
