Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, and Management
• Minimum 2 years of experience in HR operations and administration.
• Strong understanding of HR compliance, payroll coordination, attendance management, and employee records management.
• Experience handling employee relations and day-to-day HR operational activities.
• Hands‑on experience with HRIS, attendance management systems, ERP platforms, or similar HR tools.
• Exposure to roster management and shift‑based work environments is preferred.
• Experience in e‑commerce, customer service, or other service‑based industries will be an advantage.
• Familiarity with medical billing or healthcare operations environments will be a strong plus.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and problem‑solving skills.
