Assisting in pre‑offer onboarding and post‑joining documentation formalities.
Providing HR support and advice to employees, explaining policies and procedures in a timely and effective manner.
Arranging induction sessions.
Meeting SLA and tracking employee queries and requests through calls, mailbox, & online ticketing system.
Collating attendance sheets with all relevant information from the client and working with Finance to process payroll in a timely manner.
Maintaining and developing the personnel filing system (new hires, transfers, terminations, changes in job classifications, merit increases, tracking vacation, sick and personal time off).
Administering medical insurance and related documentation and advising employees on eligibility criteria.
Drafting ad hoc employee letters such as NOC, Salary Transfer and Certificates.
