This full-time role involves the administration and coordination of onboarding processes including handling matters related to worker accommodation, welfare, and training, as well as ensuring smooth worker deployment for project operations. The role also includes monitoring worker documentation and certification requirements, along with performing general administrative functions to ensure efficient day-to-day operations.
