Qualifications

- Strong knowledge of HR Management and HR Operations processes
- Expertise in Employee Relations and HR Policies
- Proficiency in general Human Resources (HR) principles and practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
- Proven work experience of 2+ years in an HR or related role
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
