Drive cross-functional alignment across teams and leadership stakeholders 
Help translate company vision into operational execution 
Support leadership communication, decision‑making, and organizational coordination 
Identify operational bottlenecks and drive resolution 
Lead or support high‑priority internal projects and special initiatives 
Build and scale organizational structures, processes, and people systems 
Design and improve performance management frameworks 
Drive leadership hiring and talent assessment 
Develop succession planning and talent development strategies 
Build onboarding, training, and leadership development programs 
Shape organizational culture and internal communication standards
