Our established client in the Nashville area is seeking an experienced HR Director-level consultant to provide leadership coverage during a planned leave of absence. This role will step in to oversee the HR function, support key initiatives, and ensure continuity across people operations during a critical period.
Timeframe is approximately mid-July (flexible) through December 2026.
Overview of the Role
+ Provide day-to-day leadership and oversight for a small HR team (approximately 5 team members)
+ Serve as a steady, visible leader during a period of transition, supporting both HR staff and executive leadership
