Our client is looking for a data-driven People professional to join their People & Culture Team in a newly created and critical role. This position will strengthen how the business uses HR data, systems, and insights to support leaders, teams, workforce planning, DE&I, and people initiatives.
This role sits at the heart of HR Operations and acts as a trusted partner to People leaders, HR, Finance, and senior stakeholders. The focus is on collecting, analysing, and translating people data into clear reports, dashboards, and presentations that drive action and support better decision‑making.
