They are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented individual to take ownership of HR systems, reporting, and workforce insights, helping to shape a more data-driven approach across the organisation. This is a newly created and exciting role for the business!

What you’ll do as an HR Data Analyst:

Go beyond churning reports, but also creating dashboards from scratch and have a good understanding of formulas. You will be able to identify trends and create and assess data.
