Work Schedule: Standard schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM CST.

Purpose: The HR Coordinator supports day‑to‑day human resources operations with a primary focus on HR administrative functions and corporate recruiting sourcing. This role ensures efficient HR processes, maintains accurate employee records, and proactively identifies and engages talent pipelines to support organizational hiring needs.
