The HR Coordinator provides essential administrative and logistical coordination to HR programs and processes. This role supports key functions such as learning and development, employee life cycle and records management, and internal communication platforms. The role is responsible for employee wellness, recognition and social events/programs, as well as managing HR metrics and reporting. With a strong focus on organization and detail, the HR Coordinator helps ensure smooth HR operations that support a positive employee experience across Alberici Canada.
This position is primarily office-based in Burlington, Ontario, with occasional visits to project sites. Flexible work arrangements including remote work may be available, in alignment with business needs and the company’s remote work policy.
